TERMS OF SERVICE

I WILL DRAW :

  • Any fandom, character(s) or pairing

  • Original characters, real people (portraits) and animals

  • Fanfic covers, fanfic scenes/panels and book/comic covers

  • NSFW (any kink)

  • Blood

  • Chibis, icons (for social media, discord, etc)

  • Colouring any lineart

I WON'T DRAW :

  • Heavy mecha / armour

  • Furries (but animal ears or tail is fine)

  • NSFW with characters looking underage (must look aged up or like adults)

  • Urgent deadlines

1. ORDERING & PROCESS

  1. Once the terms have been read, please proceed to fill out the Comission Order form below.

  2. A concise description with all important details must be providen (commission type, clothing, pose, expressions, accessories, personal/commercial use, etc.) and visual references.

  3. The artist will review the client's order and will email to inform whether the commission is accepted and to discuss further details and pricing table.

  4. Once the details are finalized, a Paypal invoice will be sent to the client's email. The commission will start only after payment confirmation is received.

  5. The client will be provided with watermarked work-in-progress updates at different stages.

  6. Minor edits are permited at any stage (adding small details/colour changes, etc.). Up to two major edits (pose/costume changes) are allowed during the sketch phase. Any major changes requested after the sketch has been finalized will be charged extra.

2. PAYMENT & REFUNDS

  • All payments will be sent in $ USD via PayPal (currency converter LINK).

  • 2 Payment options: 50% deposit before commencement of work, with the remaining 50% due upon finalization of the sketch OR Full upfront payment.

  • Full refunds are only available if artwork has not commenced. If the client wishes to cancel the commission during the sketch stage, a 50% refund will be issued.

  • No cancellations or refunds will be provided after the sketch is finalized. Chargeback requests will also not be accepted after the artwork is finished.

  • In the event of cancellation by the artist due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. illness, injury, etc.), the client will receive a full refund.

3. DELIVERY

  • It will take me between 1-4 weeks to complete the commission (depending on the complexity of the art).

  • I usually work in 300 dpi RGB canvas with a size around 3000px. If you would like the artwork to be of different dimensions, please specify this in your request.

  • The delivery will be made in full resolution as a PNG file (or any different single-layer format the client chooses) via email, file sharing service or another agreed-upon method.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS

  • The artist retains all rights to the commissioned artwork (e.g. I may consider to display certain SFW artwork on my social media for promotional purposes).

  • The client is granted Personal, Non-Commercial Use rights to the commissioned artwork; including but not limited to social media display (provided credit is given to the artist), gifs, wall art, fanfics, etc.

  • Commissions for Commercial Use, where the client intends to use the artwork for profit-making purposes (such as mass production, selling, distribution for profit, original book covers, merchandise, business/marketing purposes, etc.), will require a separate contract and signed by both parties. Commissioned artwork for commercial use will be subject to an additional fee.

  • The client is not permited to use my artwork for any AI purposes or mint as a NFT.
